Local Shipping (Cairo & Giza): [2-3] business days.
Other Governorates: [3-5] business days.
Free Shipping: On orders over [1500] EGP.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[7AGAT Shopping] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

1. وقت معالجة الشحنة:
يتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال [1-2] يوم عمل. لا يتم شحن الطلبات أو توصيلها في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية.
2. أسعار الشحن وتقديرات التوصيل:
تعتمد تكلفة الشحن على الموقع الجغرافي وتظهر عند إتمام عملية الشراء:
القاهرة والجيزة: التوصيل خلال [2-3] أيام عمل.
باقي محافظات مصر: التوصيل خلال [3-5] أيام عمل.
 الشحن المجاني: يسري الشحن المجاني على الطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمتها [1500] جنيهاً.
3. تأكيد الشحن وتتبع الطلب:
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى بريداً إلكترونياً أو رسالة نصية تحتوي على رقم التتبع الخاص بك. سيكون رقم التتبع فعالاً خلال 24 ساعة.
4. الأضرار والتلف:
فى حالة استلام اى شحنة بها تلف او كسر او ضرر الرجاء التواصل معنا بعد الاستلام مباشرة وتصوير المنتج وسوف نحل المشكلة معكمز
5. الشحن الدولي:
[نحن لا نشحن دولياً في الوقت الحالي
